SHIELD – Impact workshop

Sometimes a little thing makes all the difference

70 employees from SHIELD company came enjoyed a fun and meaningful day at the magical design terminal. The day was all about fun, learning, contribution to the community and teamwork.

The organization’s year-opening event was marked by the addition of environmental and social impact models to the organization’s day-to-day operations.

We opened with a workshop where the participants worked in pairs and created 35 cute and colorful ecological stools that were donated to the Ben Shemen Youth Village.

Then, the participants continued to a lecture by Molet on the concepts and theories from the world of impact, and the model of MOLET as a business with three lines of profit.

At the end, each employee took with him a personal giveaway, a recycled wood pot kit to build at home, a souvenir that leaves a mark and spreads the news to others that a sustainable lifestyle can easily be part of our daily life.
